My iCloud is blocked
Dear Apple Team,
My iCloud is blocked and it gives me two options when I want to unblock it, it suggests either answering the questions or sending instructions to my email.
The problem is that I don’t remember the answers of the questions, and my email is that iCloud email and when I chose the option “Send instructions to my email” it shows that the instructions have been sent, but I can’t log into my account as email says that my account is blocked. Please help me find a way to unblock my iCloud account.
