Hi, the iCloud account used on my iPad is blocked and I am unable to unblock it as the email used for the account is an iCloud email hence I’m unable to enter into iCloud as that same email is blocked.
how does one unblock it

Your Apple ID might be example1@icloud.com , ( it also depends the account is created with secondary authentication or two factor authentication .

Quick correction, it’s the Apple ID that is blocked (it is an iCloud email) and I’m unable to login to iCloud Mail to unblock it
