Unable to boot OS X after Windows 7 installation with bootcamp

So as mentioned in the title after installing Windows 7 with bootcamp, I can’t access the OS X operating system which is still present and untouched on my 1TB SSD.

Tried to access OSX Recovery which do not work, internet recovery also not working.

I managed to make a Gparted live usb to analyze the SSD. ( from the windows system ).

anyone have suggestions how to restore the right permissions with this tool or from the windows machine?

Note: I also have a bootable OSX Catalina usb which is not recognized by windows or boot from bios.

When i boot the Mac the system don’t let me access the boot menu with the ALT key and directly boot in windows.

MacBook Pro 13” late 2009 A1287 running OSX El Capitan.

I installed Win7 using bootcamp and windows installation cd.

I also had refit as boot manager since the one from the os isn’t working for some reason.

Still when I power on the Mac hear the chime and then it boot directly on windows.

I’ve tried all possible combinations to enter recovery or internet recovery nothing works.
