Tv app or Samsung not working

Hi,

The apple tv app is not working on my samsung tv despite the app being downloaded by default on the device upon purchase. I have lost so much money trying to rent or buy movies, have also tried to get support on getting it to work but to no avail. Now that I have bought my fourth movie and I’m not able to watch it I kindly ask for a refund.
