First, Back up your Mac:
Create a Time Machine backup of your Mac, so that you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong with the deletion.
Then, Delete the partition.
See if you are set from there.
I just delete the partition and nothing could go wrong. Thanks

Deleting This:
I'm not certain, other than it being an update of sorts. So, if you are unaware of what it is, then just delete the partition. It worked before, correct?
Important - Backup First:
Be certain to create a Time Machine backup of your Mac prior to making any major change to it, so that you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong afterwards
disk1s5
That is one of the volumes in your container (drive). I would certainly not delete it. One would need to be looking at the complete volume lineup on your drive to make a definitive identification, but on mine it is listed here:

I understand now. disk1s5 is the Snapshot of Macintosh HD or a shared
Before that question, I prefer deleting it and no problem after 2 months later.
I would suggest that you check with Apple support first. I believe this update volume contains important system update files and is expected behavior in the latest OS versions. FWIW, it is not a partition, it is a volume in the OS container.
Another one, What is this below?
disk1s5
That - disk1s5 - is NOT an update. It is a volume and necessary for/part of the OS.
