I got email from iTunes saying there is a problem with my payment information. I can't follow the instructions on my iPhone 11. Help

Phishing Scams:
What you are reporting is a phishing scam.
Apple wouldn't send you such a message about payment info.
So, report it to Apple and modify your credentials.
Froward the eMail to: reportphishing@apple.com
