Hello , I have a balance in my Apple account and I want to use it to renew my subscription on Apple Music . How do I go about this pls? It keeps charging my bank card and I don’t have funds there

You can pay with Apple ID balance but you may still have to enter a bank card to guarantee payment. It will automatically take payment from your balance first and then charge the card. If this is not working for you then you need to contact Apple and ask why.

You should be able to use Apple ID balance to pay. Do you have enough balance?
