Apple watch - calendar alerts do not match what I have set in my Outlook calendar

I've the same problem as discussed already on the following post:

What I did so far:

1: Restart my Apple Watch > nothing changed

2: Reset synchronization > nothing changed

3: Tried with another account (gmail) >no notification >ok

Seems to be an "MS Exchange" problem?
