My emoji and voice to text buttons are halfway offscreen and totally unresponsive, I’ve tried turning the phone off, turning on and off emoji keyboard and just emojis in general. I have also tried the same with voice to text. Nothing is working please help.

We understand that you're unable to access the features of your keyboard because they appear off screen. Let's make sure that you don't have Display Zoom which may be the culprit. You can go to Settings > Display & Brightness then tap View (below Display Zoom) and check if it's enabled here.
