My bank cancelled monthly subscriptions fees charged to a debit card what now ? I do not have another local bank

I just got my iCloud storage cancelled and can only pay yearly can apple send me an authorization form to direct debt the yearly fee , i never adjusted the size of the storage ever up or down ...

You can consider purchasing an iTunes gift card to load to your account which can be used to pay for your iCloud storage subscription.
