I just bought I phone 12 but can not get my apps to load
I just bought I phone 12, changed SIM card & everything but my apps have been loading now for over 24 hours, what can I do?

Depending on your network connection, this can take quite a while. If you have a previous iPhone, it might be faster to back up from the old phone and restore to the new phone. See the following articles:
