Power Adapter NOT Provided
I purchased AirPods Pro and apple care. Apple did not provide a power adapter for the charging cable to plug into. Apple did not disclose that they do not provide this. Apple failed to provide information about the type or specification of the necessary power adapter in their apple store on-line. When the AirPods Pro arrived, there was no information about the type of specification of the missing power adapter. The charging cable will not fit into my existing apple watch or my apple phone power adapters. You cannot operate the AirPod Pro without charging it using a wireless Qi-certified wireless charger, apple computer or power adapter. This is not disclosed on-line so you do not know this until you purchase and receive the product and read the charging information.
QUESTION: is Apple violating consumer rights by failing to disclose that their AirPods Pro does not come with the power adapter and failing to disclose the specification of the necessary power adapter?
