Charging Port Not included w/ iPhone 12 series

Well I thought my subject was clear, but to be clear on what I bought?? I purchased the I phone 12 pro max, from the Apple store ( Apple Town Square Las Vegas) and yes I did receive a charging cable, but my issue is not receiving the port/ adapter.. and no that was not explained to me or any of the other Apple customers I know that has recently purchased the same phone. We all know how to charge are phone when we do not have an adaptor, but after you pay $1300 for a phone you should not have to plug you phone into your computer to charge your phone? ( Especially when you have other electronics plugged into your computer that you need to perform your job) so it's because very frustrating unplugging items just to charge your phone so your forced to pay for a charger that should have been included when you purchased this over priced phone!
