I can't browse computer to attach files when in Outlook. This has never happened previously and I've changed browsers and other things to no avail.

I am seeking advice on how to attach files when in Outlook.When I click on Browse this computer nothing happens and this is the first time that I've encountered this issue. I tried changing Browsers clearing my cache, etc. to no avail. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
