Apple Watch not letting me after being erased

Hello, everyone.

My sister gave me her watch series 3 because she does not use it anymore. Today she erased it for me so I could pair it with my iPhone but it is going to the “activation lock” screen.

It says the watch was lost and erased and that I need her ICloud to log in.

Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on?

activation lock problems My sister is giving her apple watch series 3 to me but I can't use the watch because for some reason the activation lock is still there even when she removed it (It still has her email blurred on top). That's when she tried to connect it back to her phone to see if there's any problem. She was able to connect it easily. is there something we are missing?

Apple watch series3 activation lock Hi my mom's watch was actually connected to her old Iphone13 well she accidentally left it somewhere in her work and she could not unpair the watch because she also forgot her activation lock id can someone help us fixing it thanks
