How do I permanently delete my iPhone XS downloaded apps? I don't want to save any information or data. That function appears to have been disabled. I can only delete on Home Screen but app remains in App Library.

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases
Is Deleting Apps marked allow? If it is not, change it allow, then you can delete the app you want to delete.

If you remove the app from the Home Screen, and then Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch does the app still show up? Are you only seeing this behavior with this specific app do all apps give the same prompt?
