If step 1–4 doesn’t offer improvement, then your will need to contact the app publisher/developer, i.e. History Channel.
It’s a brand new 4K unit and this sync issue is horrible. I have deleted, rebooted, reconfigured cable modem and modem. Nothing helps. HBOMax and other services are fine, including 4K content. I also have a Roku and android and the are fine. Driving me crazy.
