Got a new Apple TV HD and can’t get Netflix app to open

I just got a new Apple TV HD device and I downloaded the Netflix app to it. But I selected to open it and it doesn’t open. I have other apps that I downloaded that open just fine. Does anyone know if this is an Apple problem? I’ve been on a chat with the Netflix support and they think it’s not a Netflix problem.
