I didnt use my gift card but it shows already reedemed
my relatives send me a apple gift card through mail but it shows already reedemed anytime

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. From our understanding, you are getting a message that your gift card has already been been redeemed, do we have that right. Have you had a chance to Check your Apple ID balance to confirm it hasn't already been added?
