Macbook pro can't sleep and extra monitor can't display

Macbook pro 13" 2020

HUB: Kingston Nucleum

Situation:

I usually use the extra monitor through hub,and there are two different monitors I use.

One with VGA connector and another is HDMI,so I have a vga to hdmi adaptor to connect my hub.

when I use monitor with VGA connector and then remove the hub to let macbook sleep.

Here some problems are my macbook can't sleep cause battery drain. There are many time my macbook shut down between my way home it's incredible.

when I come home and connect my other monitor,it didn't work anymore.

the solution I search from the net just one way work is restart the computer.

oh my gosh,it's ridiculous.

anyone got the same situation?

or

it's caused by Kingston hub? I'm thinking about to buy apple vga to usb c adaptor. Will it gonna work?
