Group Message Photo Automatically Removed and Restored

Same exact situation. I also use an Apple phone. My guess is when I respond or use my watch to view the message it triggers that alert. My friend says it’s triggered the alert like six times today.

I have been having this problem for at least a month. It is specific to one group on my phone. I am the only member of this group who has this problem. The group photo doesn't actually get removed, but several times a day, in association with one of the members sending a message, I get a series of alerts like this: that the group photo was either removed or changed. I have restarted my iPhone several times and the issue persists.

Hi Joseph_S I wanted to draw your attention to my post, I probably didn't put it in the right place but I have been having this problem for about one month and restarting my iPhone hasn't helped? Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks!
