iPHONE 11 Pro Freezing after charging

My iPhone keeps freezing every time I take it off its charger (an official charger bought from apple directly). It often takes 3 restarts to get the phone to respond to touch again. The phone itself was bought brand new from amazon about 3 months ago (as I had just missed the phone from the official site due to change to iPhone 12 etc.). Anyone have any idea why this might be happening. At first it happened the odd time, now it happens every single time I charge the phone.
