Incorrect name/phone number

After setting up my watch on my phone with the app, somehow my watch is associated under my husbands name and phone number? How do I correct this?

APPLE ID OF APPLE WATCH My apple watch 6 was configured with my i phone on a different number. On changing the number of my mobile I am trying to configure my watch again with the same phone with the new number. It's not logging on as asking for old number and the PW. As the old number is closed as such unable to restore the settings.

AFAIK, the only way to stop that from happening is to stop sharing the same Apple ID.
