APPLE ID OF APPLE WATCH

My apple watch 6 was configured with my i phone on a different number. On changing the number of my mobile I am trying to configure my watch again with the same phone with the new number. It's not logging on as asking for old number and the PW. As the old number is closed as such unable to restore the settings.

How to change phone number listed on my Apple Watch? I was gifted a Gen 3 Apple Watch. I can't pair my Watch to my new iPhone Why does it ask for my apple is when pairing and i can look into general settings for my apple id and enter it its wrong. Says to use originally apple id when I first paired the phone but I don't remember that one. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
