Hello.Can someone please help me.I lost all my photos and i didnt know when storage is full we lose our photos.Please help me restore the back

I am guessing you have “icloud photos” on when you tap on the “on” at the end of the Photos line.
iCloud photos will upload any new photos you take after turning it on. That is not the same as a full icloud backup of your entire photo library. You would need an icloud storage plan at least the size of your phone, and 5GB will not cover it.

That is the free 5GB plan you have there.
You don’t seem to have the 50GB 99cent plan yet so unless you backed up the phone to a computer you only have the 1.9 GB that are in cloud. At say 5MB a pic that is about 3,800 photos?
The other 11000 photos are probably lost.
Maybe it was error 14?
In any case when the phone gets completely full and freezes there is no option but to restore the phone and lose the data.
Sorry to give you the bad news, needs looking at I guess but that is it.

Hi Peter.Thank you for your effort and your answer.But no it was not an error 14.Because when i go on the cloud, it says my pictures are using up 1.9gb of space and the rest of the space is all used up as well. So when i connected my ihpne to my mac i found that i only had 200 pictures but on my PHOTOS folder i had 15000. AND WHEN I check the cloud it shows YELLOW color for the space pictures are using up so this means the pictures are still there? Also as you can see i freed up space but when i check my PHOTOS file i still dont have my pictures but only 200 and 200 pictures dont represent 1.4gb, thats less ....so where are they then?:( are still there??

could you please tell me if I can recover my old photos after paying fr a new plan of 0.99 dollars every month? I’m not a tech person at all so I didn’t know about what a backup is let alone iCloud. I would just take pictures and that’s it. So by paying now ça I please get them back? Please help me Peter. I swear I don’t now what to do and I don’t even know how to do a backup. I was only able to recover 167 pictures. If I pay a plan will the pictures gone yesterday we recovered please??kindly help me
