Small scratch on my apple watch 3 42

Hi. I got a minor scratch on my applewatch, stretching from the left side to the right side almost on top of the screen. I barely can’t see it but i can feel it very well, and when i look very close up.

The picture is totally normal, but the the touchscreen-function isnt. I can only use the right side of the touchscreen, allowing me to press number 3,6 and 9 when entering the code.

So, the scratch is nowhere near the bottom of the screen, but i still cant use that position of the touchscreen.

Any advise on this? Is there anything i can try and do myself to fix this problem, given how small the scratch is, and how perfectly the clock is working inside. Why is the bottomtouch area not working when the scratch is so small and on the top? Do i need a totally new screen, or is there any trick?

I suspect the small scratch is actually a cracked screen. Please see Screen Replacement Program for Aluminum Models of Apple Watch Series 2 and Series 3 - Apple Support and consider the service options it mentions.
