iPhone XR heating up when charging

I’m using my 30W adapter of my Macbook Air M1 to charge my iPhone XR and it’s heating. Though it charge super fast, but I’m concern if this will damage the battery.

Nothing to worry about. The phone and/or adapter may be warm. They should not feel so hot that you can't touch them. The battery will not be harmed.
