I do not want cellular connection on my watch as it increased my Verizon bill by $60/month.

If I have my iPhone in range, can I still send and receive txt messages and make/receive phone calls on my watch?

Does Apple Watch cellular data cost extra? Would I have to pay if per say.. I left my phone at my house all day every day and simply used my Apple Watch (SE-cellular) for phone calls and messages, although it was paired with my phone that has cellular? Yes you can,you just have to have your phone with you.
