IPhone X ringing when on mute
Does anyone have a fix for:
my phone still rings very loudly even though the sound is turned off (on mute) and vibrate is turned on.
how do I make it only vibrate whe it’s on mute?

Open Settings ➔ Sounds & Haptics ➔ Ringer & Alerts ➔ Change with buttons : Set this to ON. Now can use your volume buttons to set the ringer tone. You can lower it all the way down with the buttons if you want. On the same settings page you can set Vibrate on Ring to ON if you want and Vibrate on Silent to ON.
You can also use the SILENT switch and that will ensure that your iPhone does not ring.
