Apple support damaged by Macbook

Hello,

I own a MacBook Pro early 2015 version. When updating to the latest IOS Big Sur I got an error. After contacting the online support we got to the moment where they could not help me anymore and I had to contact the physical support store.

I am currently located in Manila, Philippines and one of the few shops here that are official Apple representatives is PowerMac at Glorieta 5 Mall.

I went there and they solved my issue. Gave me a report that the MacBook had no problems. I took the laptop home and when trying it, the speakers had issues.

I went with one problem and they created another. However, they say its not their responsibility and they don't assume their mistake. They have charged for new speakers.

I feel very frustrated by this experience. They are not up to the standards of Apple. I would like to make a formal complain to Apple directly, but I don't know how. Can you help me ?

Thank you

You can send feedbacks to Apple about this issue with this link here: https://www.apple.com/contact/feedback/

These feedback will be read by Apple, but they will not necessarily reply to you (as they have a lot of people sending feedback every day, and simply won't have so much time to reply each and every one).

You can also call Apple's Cupertino HQ directly with the telephone number that babowa has provided.
