Can’t access iphone camera roll photos when uploading in FB

I have tried reinstalling the app in the phone, also restarting the iphone several times found no luck. Every time I will try upload a photo, I am stuck in the prompt window asking me to provide access. I can’t seem to click or press the continue button (see screenshots below) tried selecting boomerang or selfie then access photo, same. I also tried going to the screen time > content & privacy restrictions > photos but no fb app appears :(
