Updates -- Apple Watch Series 3 Model MTF32LL/A

I am getting frustrated and hoping that its just because I'm doing something wrong. Everytime an update is released, I get an update-error message about not having enough space. I have only 2 apps installed on the watch.. MyfitnessPal and AutoSleep. In About, I have 4.2GB capacity with 1.8GB available.

What am I doing wrong and/OR how do I take regular updates without getting the error?

Please help -- I love my watch but the updates are starting to really bother me.. I fell like I can fully leverage the watch's capability.

Looking forward to help!

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this frees up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of data.

Or this;
