High-pitched screeching noises

High-pitched screeching noises, that is what I hear intermittently while I’m on a phone call. The other person cannot hear the noise but I can and it’s very high-pitched and hurts my ears sounds very robotic and scratchy I don’t know how to fix it does anybody have any suggestions? I have an iPhone XS Max with the latest iOS.

iPhone *extremely loud* screeching noise Has anyone found out what’s causing the extremely loud screeching noise that happens while being on the iphone? I was leaving a voicemail and suddenly heard an ear piercing noise that was so loud it made me toss it in the car seat and I cursed! It was very painful and loud enough to cause ear damage. It happened to me today and my eardrum is still sore and has happened more than once and I just got my new iPhone 3-4 weeks ago!

iPhone 13 mini speaker LOUD buzzing anyone having this issue also, put your ear to the top and bottom speakers with phone on, nothing playing very loud buzzing sound, or with like a podcast. more pronounced, or just play it anything at any level and the sound is way off, ty
