Using 2019, 21.5" iMac as monitor with 2020 16" MacBook Pro

Hi there,

I'd like some advice on what to buy to use my 2019, 21.5" iMac as a monitor for my 2020 16" MacBook Pro and do I need to plug my iMac in or will it use power from MacBook?

Both computers are too new to use the now-deprecated Target Display mode.

The option of network screen sharing remains:
