Can any one surgets something i can try as its anoying people cll but i cant hear the call.

Hello, thks for your response, but unfortunately it still has no sound.
it is only when someone calls me on normal phone, message .
i can use the microphone no problem, its just incoming calls.
under settings, sound when i move the sound bar it makes the sound of what shoudl be the incoming call.... just not when the phone is called from outside.
please, i hope you can help, its very annoying as im missing calls.

My iphone 6 does not ring when someone calls. Its not the speaker as it works when i test it and works if i soeak to people its just the ringer tone dosnt work when a call is coming in, the call is silent
