Subscriptions and resetting the iPhone

Hi I recently bought an iPhone in october 2020, so i have my free Apple Music subscription running right now which is ending in may 2021 and 1year of apple tv+

but I would like to reset my iPhone (erase all data) and set up a new iPhone (without any iCloud backup)

does the free subscription stays? Or it gets deleted?
