Hello. I have an iPhone 11 with Apple care+ Insurance. I broke it on the back and i want to know if you have the option to give it to you and you give me a New model of iPhone and i will pay the difference of the price. I bought the phone in Dubai an they Said to me that this option is available.

As mentioned..you can only receive the same model. Usually same color but when not possible they will offer a different color (rare occurrence). If someone told you differently where you purchased it you would need to contact them to see if their policy is different. That’s assuming this was an actual Apple store that told you this versus a misinformed person.
A replacement unit will be of the same model, same colour, same capacity.
