My husband's XS Max will work on data, call out, but not receive calls. We have Verizon for our carrier and had it reset with a new SIM, Esim, and each time his phone works for a few minutes, then eventually stops receiving. We have tried network reset, turning on airplane mode, and making sure Do Not Disturb wasn't on. We can't seem to find an solution, any advice?
