Yahoo vs Icloud contacts
My contacts are both under "all icloud" and 'all Yahoo" the ones that say "all yahoo" do not show up in my icloud account. Will they come across to my new phone okay?

Since you have contacts stored in both iCloud and Yahoo, you will need to make sure that you add your Yahoo account back to your iPhone after you transfer you data to your new iPhone.
When you Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch both groups of contacts should transfer to your new device.
