Apple Watch won’t get notifications texts or emails all of the sudden I’ve checked every setting and I’ve got it right I believe

Checked Settings all of the sudden no text no emails available on my Apple Watch. When I check my email for my yahoo account it says no mail but my phone shows plenty of mail. I am not receiving texts either. I’m not in airplane mode not sure what the problem is it just happened all of the sudden

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
