iPhone screenshot not working

Hi all - I am a big user of screenshots.

Suddenly this feature is not working

I have tried turning phone on/off + hard restart and charged it back to 100%.

Following advice online I activated the accessibility feature - but when I select screenshot it has no response.

it’s an iPhone 11 and I’m up to date with software on IOS 14.3.

Any new ideas?
