I received my i phone 12 pro today . I have been trying to set it up using my old phone . It's been entire day my phone is still showing a revolving sign on the top right corner . it says "Enter iphone passcode but does not show the keyboard . I think I need technical assistance , can someone call me or help me set up an appointment at the store ?
