Does apple provide worldwide warranty on product.
I hve purchased 12 pro max in USA, and will be using it in India. Would the warranty still
cover my phone in india as well ?

No it will not. If you need minor service that does not require replacing the iPhone you can probably get assistance. If you have say a logic board failure you would need to return to the USA to get it replaced under your warranty.
