I recently upgraded from the iPhone XR to the iPhone 12 Pro. Since then, my watch sporadically doesn’t ring when I get phone calls. All other alerts work, but not phone calls. I’ve reset my phone and it will work for a while, but always stops working. I never had this issue with my XR.

"If you don't see notifications on your Apple Watch
When your devices disconnect, your notifications go to your iPhone instead of your Apple Watch. To check your connection, swipe up on the watch face to open Control Center. If your devices are disconnected, you might see the red iPhone icon, the red X icon, or the Wi-Fi icon. Try to connect your iPhone and Apple Watch.
When your Apple Watch locks or you turn on Do Not Disturb, your notifications go to your iPhone.
For third-party apps, notifications are delivered only if your paired iPhone is also connected to a network."

Just wondering do you use Apple CarPlay?
Specifically Siri in Apple CarPlay?
If so try rebooting your iPhone and Watch
The issue is I receive text messages an other alerts, just not phone calls. The watch is definitely connected at the time.
Yes I do use AppleCar play, but not really with Siri. I just use it to play my music through the car. The issue happens when I’m not in my car though.
