Apple TV subscription renews on a date later than what subscription email claims

When I subscribed to Apple TV+ in February last year for its 1-year free promotion, I got an email to confirm that my free subscription will end around Feb. 9, 2021.

I checked my subscriptions again and saw that I had two options, of which I don’t understand the first: Apple TV for one month (which renews on July 10, 2021).

If my current subscription is to end around Feb. 9, 2021., then how does the subscription to the one month of Apple TV account for the time between March and July 10, 2021.

1 month after Feb. 9 would indicate a renewal date around March wouldn’t it?

I would appreciate some help understanding this!
