Often disconnections of airpods.

I have a 1st Gen Apple AirPods. They stay connected as long as there isn’t any media being played (Apple Music, Youtube, Netflix, etc). Once the media is played while AirPods are connected, within 30 seconds of listening, the AirPods are disconnected every time. This disconnection of AirPods happens on all the iPhones.

Please help me resolve this issue.
