New iPhone 12 pro
I just bought the new 12 pro and it keeps turning off and not allowing me to make calls. It’s 2 months old how do I get this fixed or get a new phone?

I don't doubt they would say that. You can try force restarting the iPhone as the first step. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
The next steps involve creating a current backup, then restoring the phone to the backup, and if that does not help, restore to factory, set the phone up as new, test, and if it works, then restore the backup again. If the restore does not help, then use the Contact Support link at the top of the page to contact Apple Support. Since the iPhone is new, you have 90 days of complementary telephone support.
Did you activate this device from a backup of your own phone? Have you spoken with your carrier about the call issue?
Yes I did and they said it was a phone issue not service?
So what do we do?
