iMAC Big Sur 11.+constantly crashing with error panic thunderbolt power on failed

After my iMAC wit Big Sur 11.1 is coming from sleep it always crash. System is rebooted and coming with error message panic thunderbolt power on failed . I've already reset all RAMs, did OS reinstallation, even I've deleted volumes and make completely free OS installation. It is constantly crashing even with completely fresh OS.

Any idea ??
