How do I change my billing address for apple music?

All of my payments methods have the correct billing address but it shows an old address in apple apps (music, appstore, etc) when I look at the billing address. How do I fix this?

I’ve signed in and out on multiple devices, but it still shows the old address. I was able to change the billing address for all my payment types (and they are all correct), but every time I go back to the App Store or the music app it shows the old address for “billing”. It seems to be disassociated with the actual method of payment.
