Blender on the M1 Macs

I recently got my 8GB RAM MacBook Pro with the M1. Everything is snappy and smooth with commendable system stability throughout the UI. However, using Blender in the latest version (2.91.2) with Rosetta has found the app crashing multiple times. This is mostly when I'm using the Shading tab extensively and not even rendering. It happens once in a couple of hours and leaves me panicking to save as many times as I can. Is there anybody else facing this problem or a solution as well would be great. Again, this is the 8GB model and I had a max of 3-4 Safari tabs open in the background and that's it.
